The Royal Navy’s East Indies Station was moved to Colombo in World War II and Admirial Sir Geoffrey Layton was appointed Commander-in-Chief. There the Royal Navy served darily rations of gin made in Colombo under the Ceylon Foreign Liquor law. This Colombo Ration Navy Gin has been created at 57% Abv, as it was originally served.
Tasting Notes: With a similar botanical recipe as the original Colombo No. 7, though with the addition of an extra helping of curry leaves for some extra spiciness.
Signature Serve: This is sure to work well in a Negroni with its spicy kick.
