The Pinot Noir based Les Semblables displayed a remarkably fresh mix of dried flowers and peach with fresh herbal tones and crushed stone minerality lifting from the glass. On the palate I found finely beaded textures giving way to intense tart apple savory spice and mouthwatering acidity as minerals saturated deeply upon the senses.
