The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Solera is made from Chardonnay picked in Fèrebrianges Etoges Congy and Sézanne based half on the 2020 vintage and half on a perpetual reserve started in 2013. Serene aromas of creaminess and golden maize meal with ripe Mirabelle continue seamlessly on the slender bright and creamy body where tiny bubbles pulse through a friendly blanc de blancs style. Lightness and freshness combined with gentle depth from the big portion of reserve wines make this into a rounded yet svelte and refreshing wine with a smooth finish. Dosage is 3gr/L.
