Coming from the 2020 vintage and made from 93% Chardonnay with 7% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine from the Côte des Bars the pale salmon-colored NV Champagne Extra Brut Rosé is fresh and attractive with a floral and stony perfume of crushed stones rose petals candied peach and strawberry. Medium-bodied it?s juicy and elegant on the palate and balanced with a lively peppery mousse with a clean finish. A very pretty wine it?s approachable now or over the next 10 years. 2.8 grams per liter dosage. Disgorged June 2023.
