This is produced with fruit from the Gagey family estate coming from the lower part of the Grèves premier cru. The grapes are lightly crushed prior to a delicate pressing and fermentation in cask one-third new. The result shows exotic tropical fruit aromas with a hint of spice and a texture enlivened by crisp lemony acidity. Round and a bit rich this lingers invitingly on the palate.
