A negociant wine from a biodynamic source picked on 5/6 September at 12.6% brought up to 13%. 100% whole bunch vinification. Glowing mid purple with a remarkably sensual nose picked very late very low yield almost buttery behind dark cherry and chocolate but still with some acidity. A powdered chocolate note at the finish. Intriguing which way will this jump?
