Pichon Baron Everyone Must Have
Two Epic Vintages

Pichon-Longueville Baron is one of Pauillacs iconic 2nd Growths, a "Super-Second." In recent years, we have seen Pichon Baron excel, rivaling the quality of the First Growths and establishing its premier position in Pauillac. We are lucky to have a few original six packs of the epic 2009 vintage in-stock along with the tremendous 2020 vintage that arrived late last year.

These are two benchmark vintages for Pichon Baron, cementing the direction and work of Christian Seely and his team over the past 30 years. They are the epitome of Cabernet Sauvignon that appeals to everyone from Bordeaux to Napa Valley and every type of Cabernet in between. Jane Anson when writing for Decanter called the 2009 Pichon Baron “Liquid Pauillac” indicating that Pichon-Baron is that textbook example, the archetype of Pauillac and thus Cabernet Sauvignon.
