The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Tache d'Encre flows across the palate with serious depth. Blackberry jam black currants menthol and sweet spices all flesh out in this opulent full-bodied Cabernet. The 2009 is dark rich and totally inviting but it also shuts down quickly in the glass suggesting it needs at least a few more years in bottle to fully come together.
