The 2019 Pouilly-Vinzelles Les Quarts unwinds in the glass with notes of clear honey white flowers and fresh bread. Medium to full-bodied satiny and incisive it's vibrant and youthfully reserved showing promise for the cellar.
Jasper Morris: 89-92 Points
This is exactly the same as the regular Les Quarts wine except that it has received no sulphur apart from a light dusting at the racking. Similar colour the bouquet is a little softer and richer perhaps more in ripe apples and some yellow plums very good salinity albeit with flesh around. Possibly even longer finish. Some will be blended back into the regular Les Quarts.
