The 2020 Bourgogne Aligoté “Raisin d’Orée” from the Lafarge family is a lovely wine this year, showing excellent purity in its bouquet of crabapple, quince, orange peel and west tone minerality. On the palate the wine is bright, full and bouncy, with a lovely core, excellent mineral drive and cut, zesty acids and a long, well-balanced finish. A lovely Aligoté. (Drink between 2024 - 2040)
