Quite deep golden. Nose needs some coaxing out of the glass though there is clearly concentration here. Decant? Lightly reductive nose and strong notes of mint and salt on the palate. Seems a little softer and less concentrated than (my second bottle of) the debut 2018. Was it a warmer year? A little chew on the end. But it's opening out a bit in the glass? As with the previous debut 2018 vintage this wine needs a lot of patience to show its extract and fairly malic fruit.
