Thomas Haag's 2020 Juffer Sonnenuhr GG is precise and elegant on the coolish and flinty nose. Enormously vital and salty on the palate this is an energetic tensioned and juicy JSU with good intensity and grip on the finish. Long finessed salty and highly stimulating this excellent wine is very promising. Tasted in Wiesbaden in August 2021.
