Jasper Morris: 89-92 Points
Rich full purple a heady but attractive nose holding up well. Still mostly in the raspberry register but there is a firm structure and some freshness to the finish. 20% whole bunch is helping. Good long finish. An early malolactic makes this wine easier to read.

The 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin Village which comes from three lieux-dits has another intense bouquet with dark cherries violet and touches of cassis fruit a light sea spray scent in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with a spicy quite pepper entry. Just a little disjointed towards the finish nevertheless it should cohere by the time of bottling and there is fine persistence. (Drink between 2024-2038)
