As is usual at this early juncture the nose is firmly reduced. More interesting are the much finer but less concentrated middle weight flavors that possess both good detail and evident minerality on the finish that is somewhat curiously borderline sweet and fruity. This is frankly an odd showing for a wine that is typically quite good and predicting how it will age out isn't obvious. (Drink starting 2026)
