Jasper Morris: 92-95 Points
Fresh mid lemon. There is a broader appeal to the white fruit here. Classical tension nonetheless a little less tightly wound than Caillerets but broader based as one would expect for this vineyard adjacent to Bâtard-Montrachet. A saline note at the finish. Quite complete. - By Jasper Morris 11/24

The 2023 Chassagne-Montrachet Vide Bourse 1er Cru is more expressive on the nose compared to the En Remilly tasted alongside with more energy and minerality. The palate is taut on the entry very tensile with oak (10-20%) adding weight to the finish that fans out nicely. This is a delicious quite spicy Chassagne. (Drink between 2027 - 2040). - By Neal Martin 1/25
