Jasper Morris: 91-93 Points
Attractive lemon yellow tints to the colour. The bouquet is refined yet discreet perhaps a fennel note with the fresh fruit. This is very satisfying in the mouth the perfect balance of ripe grapes with lively acidity a very pleasing flesh and excellent aftertaste. The 2023 Saint-Aubin La Chatenière 1er Cru has another quite flinty bouquet though here I would just like to see a little more intensity. The palate is a step up with a pithy entry a little waxy in texture spicier than the Le Remilly with a tad more weight on the finish. Good potential. (Drink between 2026 - 2034). By Neal Martin 01/25
