The 2021 Luigi Baudana Barolo del Comune di Serralunga is absolutely gorgeous. Intensely fragrant and refined it opens with heady scents of red rose forest berry white pepper and camphor that follow through to the savory linear palate along with blood orange saline notes and a hint of nut. The Luigi Baudana 2021 Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d'Alba shows rich fruit delivered as cooked cherry with background tones of cinnamon red rose and ferrous earth. The 2021 Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d?Alba is pure and perfumed aromatically with notes of red cherries Asian spices crushed flowers balsamic herbs and sweet cedar. It fills the palate with rich ripe tannins and balanced juicy fruit and it has a long finish. Drink 2025-2040.

The 2021 Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d'Alba is superb. Creamy and resonant in the glass with gorgeous mid-palate depth the 2021 is a terrific wine in its peer group. Rose petal incense blood orange dried herbs and cedar confer notable complexity. This is a gorgeous wine in every way.
