Another citrus-forward Champagne here, playing its rosé cards close to its chest and leaning more into white territory. A soft fruity palate follows aromas of grapefruit and orange rind, switching gear as the mousse expands into an almost savoury, nut and dried herb finish. It maintains a taut structure and impresses with its elegance. (Drink between 2024-2030)

"Savart's NV Bulle de Rosé is quite pretty. Delicate floral aromatics meld into bright red berries and crushed flowers all supported by expressive chalky veins of minerality. The finish is pretty but is also marked by slight elements of vintage 2011 greenness. This release is 82% Pinot Noir 10% Chardonnay and 8% Pinot Meunier based on the 2011 vintage."
