The NV Brut Rosé (2020 base) is endowed with tons of energy and drive. In this release, the Rosé offers a good bit of tension, but there are also some savory, and at times vegetal, notes readers will have to contend with. Cranberry, white pepper and chalk hints linger. Pinot seems to dominate the personality there. Aeration helps dissipate some of the vegetal notes, so give this air. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: May, 2023. (Drink between 2023-2028)
